It has been exactly one month since we have had our leaf cover, and I just wanted to let you know how very thrilled we continue to be with it EACH AND EVERY DAY!!! I cannot possibly ell you what a difference it has made in the overall appearance and maintenance of our pool. The pool has gone from an eyesore in the mornings because of all the leaves to something we once again enjoy looking at and swimming in because of your leaf cover.
I have to tell you that when you told me at first that I would be able to put the cover on and off myself with no trouble I was a tad bit skeptical because I'm no spring chicken you know! I’m happy to report that with the expection of one time (my husband came home from work early) I have been the sole leaf cover operator! My husband is thrilled with the ease as well, and he is always bragging to his colleagues about how you and your staff measure the challenging configuration of our pool and managed to make a cover that fits perfectly! You guys are truly amazing!
I know I already told you this, but I want to again reiterate the professionalism displayed by your staff when they were working at my house all day. They were polite, competent, and seemed to be very skilled in their craft. I apprecaited all of those qualities very much. All in all, it was a most pleasurable experience for me in dealing with the two of them.

I want to commend one of your representatives, Kevin Peters, for his fine work in connection with the installation of a cover on our pool here in San Antonio. Kevin showed up on time for our initial meeting, described a reasonable delivery schedule and quoted us a fair price. He delivered the cover when he said he would, installed it himself and offered to help us remove the cover at the end of the winter season.
When we encountered a few difficulties re-installing the cover this season, Kevin promptly returned to our house and made appropriate adjustments.
He is an excellent representative of your firm. I only wish more companies conducted themselves as honorably as does yours. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you for the professional way in which Gulfstream installed both a safety fence barrier and leaf cover on our pool.

Thanks for the info. We contacted Gulf Stream and they came out the next day. We made a deal and they finished installing the cover safety/today. There were very professional and very friendly.
The cover looks great! Now my wife and I won;t have to worry about one of the grand kids or neighbors having an accident. Piece of mind is PRICELESS!!! We have already recommended them to other pool owners. Thanks again for letting us know about Gulf Stream.

Great Product, Great Service
I am very impressed with the service I have received from Gulfstream. I received 2 estimates for similar products and am happy I went with Peter at Gulfstream. Since installing
it last year, I had a bit of trouble when my dog discovered she could chew through the net. Peter sent someone out to repair it quickly and recommended a spray that has worked
to deter the dog. My husband and I can get the net on in less than 10 minutes. My children play outside everyday--the net was definitely worth it!
Beyond Exceptional
I have two young children and thought that my extreme cautiousness with my pool was enough to prevent an accident. I was rudely awoken when my 2 year old fell in the pool
despite my close eye. I immediately began looking for a pool cover & discovered Gulf Stream. Peter, the owner, happily agreed to give me an estimate on a Sunday afternoon. It was less than a week later that the product was installed & I was given personal instruction on how to use it. (Very easy by the way.) Gulfstream even had the courtesy
of following up 2 weeks later to make sure that I was still satisfied and did not have difficulty installing and removing the cover. I would be disappointed in anyone that
did not invest in such a dependable product that is reliable and professionally handled! NOTHING IS WORTH JEOPARDIZING YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY.
Excellent Pool cover/net
I highly recommend this company for a pool cover. We had a net installed for our pool and pond. The company is very professional and at the same time very friendly and personable. The prices were great and so was the service. They have a 10 year warranty which is great! If you need a pool cover, call this company!
